Description

This course in the scientific study of psychology empasizes theory, principle applications, primary literature, and research within th field of psychology as it applies to sport and exercise settings. Specific areas that will be addressed include, but are not limited to: concentration, motivation, leadership, goal setting, assessment, emotions, and confidence. The students will also identify the relationship of these principles to Christian life. Prereq: PSY 101.
