Description

This capstone course gives students the opportunity to design and implement a project focused on the provision of nursing services within alternative settings and populations. Students will integrate culture care, diversity concepts, and scripturally-based principles in their project, and they must demonstrate how their project will benefit the community or population. Opportunities to develop a class in health promotion and present the information to a variety of audiences will be provided. Prereq: Admission to Nursing program and completion of 5/7 clinical rotations and NUR 401, 402, 411, 412 with a grade of C or better.
