Description
Theories of leadership, management, and organizations and the process of managing personnel and clinical resources in a practice environment. Concepts of change, conflict negotiation, and preparation for professional practice. Professional communication is emphasized, and clinical experiences focus on providing nursing care to multiple patients. Prereq: Admission to Nursing program and completion of 5/7 clinical rotations and NUR 401, 402, 411, 412 with a grade of C or better.
