Description

Nursing theory focusing on the health care needs of children from birth through adolescence and analysis of current evidence-based practice standards or the care of the population. Application of Eriksonâ€™s Stages of Development. Emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction for children and adolescents with the application of health assessment, pathophysiology and pharmacology. Prereq: BIO 355, NUR 355, NUR 357, NUR 320.
