Description
This course develops the competencies and skills for planning and leading projects and the understanding of the interpersonal issues that drive sucessful project outcomes. Topics include project management life cycle, defining project parameters, manaement techniques, working wtih teams and team members, effective project management tools and techniques, and the role of a project manger. Students explore project manaement with a practical, hands-on appraoch. Prerequisite(s): MGT 250
