Description

This course will investigate the biological and chemical requirements to make fermentation work. Topics studied include fermentative organisms, metabolic pathways, fermentation products, regulation and limitations, and enzyme mechanisms. 3 hr lecture. Prerequisite: BIO 202, CHE 161
