Description
This course provides an introduction to the American legal system and its application to the world of business, grounded in a Christian worldview. Students will explore legal topics including constitutional law, contracts, dispute resolution methods, torts, property, agency, employment, and busniess organizations. Emphasis is palced on understanding the ethical dimensions of law and how scriptural principles of justice, stewardship, integrity, and love interact with legal decision-making. Prerequisite(s): Junior Standing
