Description

This course provides an introduction to the basic concepts of economics. Areas of study include how prices are determined in competitive and non-competitve markets, how prices cause individuals and firms to make decisions regarding the allocation of limited resources, how firms behave, how labor markets function, and how government policies affect market outcomes.
