Description
This course prepares students to understand, manage, and visualize data, while at the same time learning various tools, and communicate findings. This course seamlessly threads the topics of data wrangling, descriptive analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics into a cohesive whole. Students will get exposure to a variety of analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Excel, Tableau) as they develop skills in articulating the business value of analytics and communicating insights gained from a non-technical standpoint. This course is planned to be offered every spring semester.
