Description
Speaking, writing and reading skills will be improved by participating in guided conversations, presentations, group discussions and through extensive opportunities for writing and correcting what has been written. The emphasis is on increasing confidence in oral expression, vocabulary acquisition and usage. Correct written grammar will also be stressed on writing assignments. Prereq: SPA 202 (grade of C or better), or by placement.
