Description

The Essentials (2021) from the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) utilized as a framework for introduction to the professional nurse role. Introduction to the development of the Christian professional nurse focused on providing Person-Centered Care utilizing evidence-based practice. Introduction to leadership and interdisciplinary teamwork/ collaboration and communication. Prereq: PSY 101 or PSY 120, CHE 161, CHE 168, OR consent of the instructor
