Description
This course provides an overview of organizational recruitment theory and best practice. Students explore decision making and motivational theory, and how these theories play a role in the recruiting process. Students take part in application-based learning and assessments focused on key factors such as generational differences, communication strategies, target audiences, engagement tactics, leveraging of organizational differentiators and mission, as well as results-oriented considerations of retention and goal-achievements.
