Description
A study of the relationship between children, families, schools, and the community. The course focuses on family structures and social factors that influence them. Emphasis will be given to developing partnership programs, techniques of communication between home and school, methods of actively engaging families in the school, and the use of community resources to benefit family and school interaction.
