Description

This course examines the development of historical archaeology as a specialized subdiscipline within American Archaeology. The curriculum for the course includes: the unique method and theory of historic archaeologists, the use of oral histories in research, the nature of the documentary record, and the study of historic material culture. Prereq: ANT 103 and junior standing
