North American Archaeology (ANT 332)

Term: 2018-2019 Spring Term

Description

A comprehensive survey of archaeological discoveries within the continental United States and Canada as early as 1875. The contributions of the Smithsonian Institute, the National Museum, the Bureau of American Ethnology, and modern Cultural Resource Management will be studied in light of the prehistoric, historic, and living cultures of North America. Prereq: junior standing.
